Peace that passes all Understanding!!!

It seems as that we are surrounding by negativity as Christians. God is constantly giving us what we need. As Christians we need to be still and listen. Me, myself find this hard to do, but lately it has been coming more and more prevalent for me to do this. I just completed the 21 Day Habit introduced to me on the CBN website. I have learned that it only takes 21 days to form a habit and it sticks become part of your everyday routine. I have to say that things are already transforming in my life. In this next journey I am reading a book called The Secret by Ronda Byrun I might have misspelled her name; forgive me. For those who reading this blog we have to change our mindset and our thoughts to more positive and forward. The bible states that what is in a man heart so he thinks. So lets try together to move forward learn the secret that God so wants us to have to have a better life the life that HE wants us to have!!!! Be Blessed, Encouraged and Steadfast!!

Letting Go

To "let go" does not mean to stop caring. It means I can't do it for someone else.
To "let go" is not to cut myself off. It's the realization that I can't control another.
To "let go" is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To "let go" is not to try to change or blame another. It's to make the most of myself.
To "let go" is not to care for, but to care about.
To "let go" is not to fix, but to be supportive.
To "let go" is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being.
To "let go" is not to be in the middle, arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to affect their own destinies.
To "let go" is not to deny, but to accept.
To "let go" is not to nag, scold, or argue, but instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To "let go" is not to adjust everything to my desires, but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it.
To "let go" is not to regret the past, but to grow and live for the future.
To "let go" is to fear less and to love more.

Moving On
I am moving on
reaching toward my hopes and dreams
It has taken me far too long
to reach this place, it seems

My fears may try to hold me back
To try and block my way
But with courage and faith in my heart
I will get there come what may

The road will be a long one,
And it may be rocky, too
But when I reach this place in time,
My dreams could all shine through

I am coming nearer to my goals
And my excitement grows
The plans I have made will soon be real
Along with the destiny I chose

Though I have been tossed and turned in life's storms
I will surely see a brighter dawn
I'm no longer held back by my fears
I'm finally....Moving On

This is a quote that I found that I think fits well:

Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.

I Agree..........knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.
